sky123's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sky123 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sky123's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your sky123 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
sky123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; sky123 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; sky123 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or sky123 ceases to operate the Platform.
In the event of termination for breach, sky123 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in your account. In all other cases, your remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of any applicable verification procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
